Below are current and upcoming activities needing volunteer support.
Volunteers must have current, approved applications on file with the school office. If you are unsure whether or not your application has been approved, please email us – ssidptso@gmail.com.
Kona Ice – As a special treat, Kona Ice will visit SSDI once a month during recess! We need volunteers to help manage the syrup stations, hand out napkins and spoons, and keep the kids in an orderly line.
If you have not already completed and returned your volunteer application for the CURRENT school year, you can download the most recent version from the Santa Rosa County School District website – Volunteer Application.
***It is imperative to self-screen and follow our Santa Rosa School District COVID protocol!****
You must be an APPROVED volunteer to participate.
Volunteer applications must be submitted to the school office or sent back to school in your child’s take-home folder before the above deadline. Volunteer applications are approved on a monthly basis (bi-weekly basis during September) by the County. Parents and caregivers cannot volunteer in the school or attend field trips unless they have an approved application on file.
